Petru Chiril Lucinschi (in lingua russa: Пётр Кириллович Лучинский, Pëtr Kirillovič Lučinskij; in lingua ucraina: Петро Кирилович Лучинський, Petro Kyrylovyč Lučyns'kyj) nacque nel villaggio di Rădulenii Vechi nel 1940. Suo padre, Anton Serafim, era anch’egli un pittore di origine aromanian dalla città di Varna. Questa eredità artistica avrebbe avuto una significativa influenza sulle sue future attività.
Early Education and Training
Da 1882 a 1888, Lucinschi studiò a Bucarest sotto la guida di Theodor Aman e Gheorghe Tattarescu.
