Cello built by Joaquim José Galrão, which belonged to King D. Luís I of Portugal and was part of the Portuguese Royal House collection. Galrão (or Galram, as he also signed) was a luthier that had its workshop in Lisbon during the 18th century, being considered the best Portuguese builder of violins and cellos of his time.
