Born in Meissen, Germany, Viktor Paul Mohn was a painter, illustrator, physician, graphic artist, and artist. His early training began with porcelain painters Eduard Naumann and Friedrich Wilhelm Schlechte, followed by studies at the Academy in Dresden.
