Attardi’s significance is inextricably linked to his role as a founding member of the Forma 1 collective. Alongside luminaries such as Carla Accardi, Pietro Consagra, and Giulio Turcato, he participated in a bold movement that sought to dismantle the hegemony of figurative realism in favor of a new, abstract paradigm.
