Early Life and Artistic Foundations Grigor Khanjyan, born in Yerevan, Armenia on November 29, 1926, emerged from a lineage deeply marked by the trauma of the Armenian Genocide. His parents, Sebuh and Verginie, were survivors who had fled Yerznka in 1920, carrying with them not only the scars of loss but also a profound cultural memory.
