Born in 1981, Al Halabi emerged from a region defined by its complex history and resilient spirit, a background that would later infuse his work with deep themes of identity, humanity, and unity. His artistic foundation was laid through disciplined study at Bait Al Fan in Damascus, where he worked under the watchful eye of the renowned painter Wael Tarabeh.
