          Život i umetnički put Viljama Pejdža

          Rođen u Albani, u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama, Viljam Pejdž bio je svestran američki slikar i portretiści. Njegovo rano obrazovanje započelo je u kancelariji Frederika de Pejstera, nakon čega su usledile studije u studiju Džejmsa Heringa. Vremenom je postao učenik Semjuela F. Morsa i upisao Nacionalnu akademiju dizajna, gde su njegove crteži u klasi za antikitet doneli mu srebrnu medalju. Nakon kratkog perioda studiranja teologije na Teološkom seminaru Andover i koledžu Emherst, on se vratio svetu umetnosti.
