With the home being seen as a sacred object or environment, Australian multidisciplinary artist Ian Strange chose a series of houses to represent this familiarity with a space we all share. With HOME, Strange continues his exploration of architecture, space and the home. In crossing out and mark-making across these tableau visions of the home, Strange challenges preconceptions of such a space being seen as one of safety or security.
