Tworzył poprzez komponowanie układów, wykorzystując geometryczne kształty (najbardziej charakterystyczne są kompozycje w kształcie kostki). Tworzył iluzję przestrzennej głębi na powierzchniach dwuwymiarowych, wykorzystując do tego jedynie abstrakcyjne plamy barwne.
