Vilma Eckl was an Austrian painter and graphic artist. Her early artistic endeavors began with floral watercolors, which she exhibited in Linz and Salzburg. Following her service as a Red Cross nurse during the First World War, she pursued formal training at the Kunstgewerbeschule Linz and later studied at the private art school of Matthias May.
