A Life of Artistic Pursuit

Seeking a deeper education, he traveled to Venice in 1832, supported by his uncle. In his later years, he returned to Vienna, where he spent eleven years executing forty two-fresco paintings for the Vienna Arsenal. He died in Vienna.
