Algernon Talmage (1871–1939): Britisk Impressionist og St Ives Skoles Far Algernon Mayow Talmage var født i Fyfield, Oxfordshire år 1871, søn af præsten John Mayow Talmage og hans anden kone Susan (født Penkivil).
