Pursuing an MA in Painting at the prestigious Royal College of Art in London, Cranston developed a sophisticated visual language that bridges the gap between meticulous observation and dreamlike abstraction. Today, residing and working in Glasgow, his practice continues to captivate the art world through its ability to transform the tangible world into a realm of psychological depth and evocative light.
