Following a diagnosis of schizophrenia and a period of regression therapy at Kingsley Hall in London, she discovered a talent for art. Her creative process evolved from early marks made with grease crayons and finger-painting to the mastery of oil painting.
Her evocative works often focused on religious themes and were characterized by vivid colors. These paintings were first exhibited at the Camden Arts Centre in 1969 and later toured worldwide. In her later years, she moved to Scotland, eventually residing in Tomintoul.
