The MUSA has owned a piece from the series Mantos eólicos (Eolian Mantles) since 2011, worked on sealed and polished wood to which numerous coats of acrylic and graphite paint are applied, but without losing the original texture of the wood. Its knots and imperfections affect the color and result in gradations and tones of the blue and graphite covering them. The surface, made sharp through the polishing of the layers, maintains a transparency that gives the piece an air of great subtlety.
