Introduction to Color Field Painting Art Movement Color Field painting is an abstract art movement that emerged in New York City during the 1940s and 1950s. It was a reaction against the gestural abstraction of Abstract Expressionism, which emphasized the artist's emotions and the act of painting itself. Instead, Color Field painters focused on creating large fields of flat, solid color spread across the canvas in an unbroken manner. About…

Simfonija boja: Istraživanje Rofkovog dela „Tri” Mark Rofko, ključna figura u evoluciji posleratne američke umetnosti, poziva nas u duboko kontemplativni prostor svojim delom iz 1951. godine, „Tri”.

Među ovim kultnim delima, ’Plava i siva’, nastalo 1970. godine i danas smešteno u Nacionalnu galeriju umetnosti u Vašingtonu, stoji kao duboko istraživanje ljudskog iskustva—vizuelna meditacija o smrtnosti, kontemplaciji i samoj suštini postojanja.

About Марк Ротко

Mark Rothko: Boja, Tragika i Besmrtna Emocija

Značajna Ostvarenja i Trajna Istorijska Značajnost

Trajna Snaga Emocionalne Rezonance

  • On ostaje ključna figura u Apstraktnom Ekspresionizmu i veliki uticaj na savremene umetnike.
