Born in the vibrant atmosphere of Tripoli, Libya, in 1970, Abumeis began his formal artistic odyssey at the Faculty of Fine Art in Tripoli, where he graduated with honors in 1994. and drawing, yet his spirit was always destined for a much broader stage.
