Born in 1984 in Laupāhoehoe, Hawaiʻi, Kamran Samimi’s upbringing was shaped by a unique cultural blend. His parents hail from Iranian and Norwegian ancestry, influencing his artistic perspective with diverse heritage. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Printmaking and later pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) specializing in Print Media and Sculpture from the Universi
