Polydore Bury (1922-2005): Pioneer of Kinetic Sculpture Polydore Bury, geboren als Pol Bury in Haine-Saint-Pierre, België op 26 april 1922 en overleden op 28 september 2005 in Parijs, was een baanbrekende Belgische beeldhouwer en kinetisch kunstenaar die een belangrijke rol speelde bij het ontstaan van de Europese kinetische kunstbeweging. Zijn werk staat bekend om zijn innovatieve combinatie van kunst en beweging, waarbij hij geometrische vormen gebruikte om complexe dynamische composities te creëren.
