alfredo pirri is an italian artist born in cosenza in 1957. he lives and works in rome. pirri is one of the best-known artists working in rome, having attended the academy of fine arts in rome and graduated with a degree in painting. his work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group shows in italy and internationally, including at the galleria tucci russo in torre pellice, the accademia dello scompiglio, the secci gallery, the z2o sara zanin gallery, and the galleria il ponte firenze. pirri has also been involved in theater and video projects. his work ranges from painting to installation and site-specific works, often exploring the relationship between light, space, and color.
