Early Life and Education Wong Wo Bik was born in Hong Kong, People’s Republic of China (1950), into a Hakka family. She spent part of her formative years studying abroad, specifically in Taiwan, fostering an early exposure to diverse cultural influences that would later permeate her artistic vision.
