Poland’s Chanukah Caravan brings menorah lightings, dreidel games, and holiday quizzes to the historic towns of Katowice, Poznan, and Gdansk. With more and more Poles discovering their Jewish roots, families that for years were silent have begun talking about their Jewish heritage.
